Request withdrawal to lock your Boost at the current ratio (up to 80%). Processed via batch.

Support Request Requirements
To submit a Lime Essential support request, you'll need to provide:
Medical Receipt or Invoice
Original receipt or invoice from the healthcare provider.
Provider Name
Name of the clinic, hospital, pharmacy, or healthcare professional.
Date of Service
The date you received the service or purchased the medication.
Expense Amount
The total amount you paid out of pocket.

30-Day Waiting Period
After joining, there is a 30-day waiting period before you can submit support requests.

Not Insurance
Lime Mutual provides a technology platform for cost-sharing. Community Boosts are not guaranteed and depend on the Boost Ratio (up to 80%).
